Cheery Oh's

Happy New Year Everyone!

Life is busy nowadays, hardly leaves time for any entries anymore...

So as I sit and type this, I can tell you that there are probably 20+ orphan Cheerios lying around in our house. And even moreso in our car.

Ever since baby started eating his Cheerios, well, let's just say more make it to the floor than actually make it in his mouth! I swear sometimes I just find them in the oddest places - in my hair, on my sleeves, INSIDE baby's pajamas, and even as I type, right here on my laptop.

Well enough about his Cheerios, on to something more cheery!

So along with the new year, comes new news!

It's been a milestone filled couple of months, and so baby is now a little man!

Oh! What a proud, gushing mommy I am nowadays. My little boy, mama's little boy is now uttering his first distinct words and uttering them loudly. And what is baby's very first word? "Ma-ma!" I could just cry right now.

Oh! How my lil one is growing. He can also stand up on his own now, without having anything to hold on to. And he can do it all day long too! He just keeps sitting down so he can stand back up and show off. He never gets tired of it. He's cruising along now as well which means his first steps are not too far away!

Oh! The milestones just keep coming, and they are coming fast! Baby also has his first set of teeth now too! His two bottoms are making their cameo and he's drooling more than ever.

Oh! The applause keep coming, and keep coming from baby! He is now clapping his hands. He claps away even at his own accomplishments! Give baby a hand!

Oh! And the hubby got a new job! He actually was fortunate enough to receive several offers and has accepted one with the Mouse. A new year. A new beginning...and more importantly, a new Silver Pass!

So you see it's been busy. But I can't complain.

Life is full of Cheerios and Cheery Oh's!
