Jelly Belly
No, not the jellybeans.
What is this? Seriously. I can't even touch my own tummy cause it feels too weird. Yes, I'm referring to the squishy post partum tummy, the post stretched out, deflated tummy that used to house a baby tummy, also known as the jelly belly.
You know those popular little microbead pillows, that's sorta what it feels like. Attractive, right?
Please tell me this can get toned again. I've asked different girlfriends, who are mommies, whether or not we can get rid of the jelly, and the answers are mixed. I'd like to think we can definitely get rid of it with some hard core ab workouts to tone it up again. That's what I'd like to think. I mean Heidi Klum did it, right? But of course, we're not all Heidi.
I'm determined to do something about this. This is just too weird for me. Crunches? Gosh, it's not enough to just work out to melt away all the added pounds, now I've got to work out to tone this odd textured belly of mine.
Like Beyonce said, "I don't think you're ready...for this jelly..."
